About Project
Project MEDOSSIC (Mediterranean organization structure and strenghtening of innovation capacities for sustainable development) involves nine partners from seven countries. Project leader is Regional Development Agency of Inner Karst Region from Slovenia. Project will be implemented in regions, in which partners are located.
Partners of the MEDOSSIC project believe that Med area has a lot of opportunities in the field of innovations for sustainable development. It is possible to utilize these opportunities with cooperation among key stakeholders (national institutions, public research organizations, universities, local communities, chamber of commerce, SME’s). The target groups of the activities designed are: innovators, potential innovators, employees in SME’s, young researchers, students.
Long-term project implications will be as follows: the growth of economy, higher employment rate and sustainable development. For reaching these general objectives the partners will plan the obtainment of specific goals within the project. Implementation of these goals will be monitored through activities in the projects.
