TecnoMarche

TecnoMarche is the Science and Technology Park of the Marche Region (PSTMarche) legally recognised by national and local government. Founded in 1992 under National Law 42/1982, PST has been officially recognised as “Research Organisation” under EU Commission Law 2006/C 323/01 and “Industrial Research Laboratory for Manufacturing sector” under MIUR (Instruction, University and Research Ministry) National Law 297/99.

PSTMarche acts by promoting and transferring science, technology and knowledge, with the aim to increase the competitiveness of the local productive system, especially SMEs, supporting research and innovation. PSTMarche participates in knowledge networks at national and European level.

62 private subjects with about 40 SMEs are in the PSTMarche partnership operating in the following areas:
  • Manufacture industry (household appliances, home furniture, plastics and wood, footwear and leather, shipbuilding and aviation industry, electronic device, textile, electrical vehicle)
  • ICT industry (building automation, automatic identification)
  • Energy & Environment services
  • Agroindustry
  • Construction industry

Main activities and services relate to:
  • Realisation of R&D projects and project management
  • Fund raising for industrial research project development
  • Company check-up and technological diagnoses
  • Feasibility studies
  • Industrial Property Right services
  • Training
The fully equipped specialised laboratories for the manufacturing sector (registered at Ministry of the University and Research) are:
  1. IT Lab – Information and Communication Technology Unit
  2. ET Lab – Electronic and New Technologies Unit
  3. P3 Lab – Design, Process and Production Technology Unit
  4. Energy and Environmental Unit (ready set up, not yet registered)
